This Expression of Interest (EOI) form is designed to connect you with registered Curtin research supervisors who may be able to support your research journey. You can also use this form to express interest in specific advertised research projects that align with your academic interests.

Scholarship Shortlisting
To be considered for centrally awarded scholarships such as the RTP Graduate Research Scholarship, please complete this EOI during the annual round (July–August only). Submitting an EOI during this time automatically places you in the running for these scholarships. For all other scholarship opportunities, please refer to the application process outlined on the Curtin University Scholarships webpage..

If you are a current Curtin Master by Research, MPhil, or PhD student applying for a scholarship, please select 'My own research project' when completing this form. Further details can be found on the HDR Scholarships webpage.

Examples of qualifying degrees include an Australian Bachelor of Honours or equivalent. For more information on AQF levels, please refer to the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Publications should be from reputable journals (non-predatory journals), conference proceedings must be fully refereed, and creative outputs should be supported by evidence. Creative outputs may include participation in art exhibitions, theatre productions, or architectural designs.
